Our Seed Story
Sammy the Seed sprouted from Project GROW, a science education initiative created by Dr. Rebecca Grella and master educator AnnMarie Madsen. Together, they’ve spent over fifty years teaching students and training teachers. They believe everyone has a seed-growing story—and that by growing food, we’re growing the future.
Water is the Lifeblood
Seeds don't need soil to grow—they just need water to reach their roots and thrive.
Photosynthesis Magic
Plants use sunlight to turn water and carbon dioxide into food, giving us the energy we need.
Zero Soil, Full Joy
Our kits let you grow plants without dirt, making it easier for everyone to enjoy the process.
